Assistant maintenance technician needed for 144 unit community in Lockhart. Must have a min of 1 yr background in apartment maintenance and make ready. Prefer background with electrical, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and must be able to rotate on-call weekends. Will assist maintenance supervisor and complete make-readies and groundskeeping.
